What this policy covers
This policy describes data handling when you visit ai-remove.com or use its Text, Image, Token Count, or Humanizer tools. You can use these tools without creating an account.
Information the service processes
- Text or images you choose to submit to a tool.
- Tool settings, such as the selected source or spacing option.
- Basic connection details handled by web hosting and network services, which can include IP address, request time, browser information, requested path, and response status.
AI Remove does not ask for your name, email address, or account details to use these tools.
How each tool handles your content
Text
When you choose to clean text, your browser sends it to the AI Remove server. The server removes or normalizes supported Unicode characters in memory and returns the result. The source selector is descriptive; it does not connect to the named AI service. Text and results are not saved in an AI Remove content database or sent to an AI provider.
Token Count
Token estimates appear in your browser as you type. For a second estimate, the tool sends text to the AI Remove server, where TokenX counts it in memory. It is not sent to an AI provider or saved by the application.
Image
When you start processing, your original image is uploaded to the AI Remove server and handled in a temporary directory. The temporary files are removed when processing ends. The browser then uploads the processed result when a visible mark or AI metadata is reported, so it can be downloaded later. A saved output is available for up to 24 hours; after that, its link stops working and the file is removed during cleanup. If no visible mark or AI metadata is found, the image is not saved this way. The download URL is unlisted, but anyone who has it can access the image until it expires. If saving fails, the processed copy remains available in your browser for download while the page is open.
The image tool removes supported AI provenance metadata. It may preserve other image metadata, which can include details such as when or where a photo was taken.
Humanizer
Humanizer sends the text you submit to the AI model provider configured for this tool. The configured provider may be an AI company or a routing service. AI Remove processes the response in memory and does not save your draft or result. The provider receives your text and handles it under its own privacy terms and retention settings. Review those terms before submitting sensitive material; AI Remove cannot control the provider’s handling.
Storage and retention
- Text cleaning and token counting run in memory. The application does not keep submitted text or results after responding.
- Original images are temporary. Changed image outputs are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
- Humanizer drafts and results are not stored by AI Remove. Retention by its configured provider is governed by that provider’s terms.
- Hosting and network providers may process connection details under their own retention practices. AI Remove does not control retention outside its application.
If you download a result, your browser or device may keep that file until you remove it.
Cookies, browser storage, and analytics
The application does not set cookies or load analytics scripts. It stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage. Tool content is kept in the open page while you use it; refreshing or closing the page clears that in-page state.
When information is shared
AI Remove does not sell submitted content or use it for advertising. Content is shared only as needed to provide the tool you choose: Humanizer sends text to its configured AI provider, and all tools rely on web hosting and network services to deliver requests. Those providers may process connection information under their own terms.
Your choices
You choose what to submit and which tool to use. Text and Token Count do not call AI providers; Humanizer does. Avoid submitting sensitive information to Humanizer unless you are comfortable with the configured provider’s policies. You can clear content from the page by resetting the tool, refreshing, or closing the page. Saved image outputs expire automatically within 24 hours.
Changes to this policy
If data handling changes, this page will be updated. The date at the top shows when this policy was last revised.
