Visible marks + AI metadata

Google Gemini sparkle can be detected automatically. OpenAI image marks have no registered visible detector; select any visible mark yourself.

Google Gemini watermark remover for visible marks

Use this Google Gemini watermark remover to remove the Gemini sparkle watermark from supported static images. Upload a PNG, JPEG, or WebP, let automatic detection check registered marks, or select a visible area yourself. AI Remove fills that area using nearby pixels, so inspect textures, edges, and lettering before downloading.

If you want to remove a watermark from an AI-generated image, this AI image watermark remover also checks supported provenance metadata. An AI watermark remover for images cannot guarantee an identical background: results depend on the selected area. Invisible pixel marks such as SynthID are not removed or verified. Keep your original and read the Gemini sparkle guide before reviewing your result.

How image watermark
removal works.

Upload a static PNG, JPEG, or WebP image. AI Remove checks registered visible marks and AI provenance metadata, or lets you select a mark manually. Review the result before downloading.

Upload your image

Choose a PNG, JPEG, or WebP up to 20 MB and 32 megapixels. Your original goes to this site’s server for processing and is deleted afterward.

Detect or select a visible mark

Detect registered marks such as the Google Gemini sparkle, or drag a box over another visible mark. CPU inpainting fills that area using nearby pixels.

Review and download the result

Inspect the filled area and metadata status. Download your image after checking it. Changed output is saved for 24 hours.

Image watermark remover FAQs

Can it remove Google Gemini and OpenAI image marks?

Automatic detection covers registered visible marks, including the Google Gemini sparkle. OpenAI visible marks have no registered detector, so select one manually if present. Processing uses remove-ai-watermarks. It checks and removes supported AI provenance metadata. Invisible pixel marks, including SynthID, are not removed or verified by this CPU tool.

Will the erased area look identical?

Inpainting replaces pixels inside a detected or selected area using nearby pixels. Results vary with the background. JPEG and WebP output may also be recompressed, so inspect the full image before using it.

Which image files can I upload?

Static PNG, JPEG, and WebP files are supported, up to 20 MB and 32 megapixels. Animated images are not supported. If no registered visible mark or AI metadata is found, the image may remain unchanged; select an area manually if you can see a mark.

Can this image tool clean text watermarks?

No. This tool processes PNG, JPEG, and WebP images. For invisible Unicode characters or unusual spacing in text, use the Text Watermark Remover. It preserves your wording and does not remove statistical text watermarks.

Does a cleaned image prove it was not AI-generated?

No. AI metadata can be absent from the original or remain after cleanup, and this tool does not verify invisible pixel marks. A cleaned file does not establish its origin. Keep the original if provenance matters to you.

Does my original image leave my device?

Yes. The original is uploaded to this site’s server for CPU processing, then deleted after the request. The finished image is stored for 24 hours when changed. No external AI provider receives it. Read the privacy policy for more detail.

How long is the cleaned image saved?

Saved outputs expire after 24 hours and are removed automatically. Their unlisted URLs are accessible to anyone who has the URL until expiry. Download your copy before leaving the page. If saving fails, you can still download the cleaned image directly.
